The City of North Charleston is excited to welcome back the Annual Holy Smokes Festival on Saturday, November 14th.  The Event set-up will start on Wednesday, November 11th thru Friday November 13th.  Breakdown is scheduled for Sunday, November 15th. Portions of the Park will be closed during this time frame.  We ask for your patience and understanding while we create this Festival in our beautiful City and Park.
