SUMMARY:High Water Festival
DESCRIPTION:The City of North Charleston is excited to host the Annual High Water Festival on Saturday\, April 18th and Sunday\, April 19th. Please note that to build this special experience it takes a long amount of time.  The Event set-up will start on Monday\, April 13th thru Friday\, April 17th.  Breakdown is scheduled for Monday\, April 20th thru Wednesday\, April 23rd. Portions of the Park will be closed during this time frame.  We ask for your patience and understanding while we create this Festival in our beautiful City and Park.
